We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 and orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S. will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Because each item is made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days, followed by shipping time. Most orders are received in 7-10 days. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Our merchandise is made and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Orders may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities depending on the products ordered, availability, and delivery destination. Because of this, items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Because each item is made especially for you when you order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or color selections. Please review the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order.

If there is a problem with your order, such as a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can make it right.

We want you to be happy with your New School gear! If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos showing the issue, and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally ship separately and have different tracking information.
